How does the quote process work?
Tell us your trip details — pickup, drop-off, party size. We email you a link back to the site with a price. No call needed unless you want one.
How do I pay for my trip?
Click the link in your email. Pay online through our secure page. Your driver and vehicle get confirmed once it clears.
Can I track my ride in real time?
Yes. Once the trip starts, you see the Tahoe or Suburban moving on a map. No calling to ask where your driver is.
What if I need to cancel?
Open your trip status and hit cancel. That’s it. No forms, no phone tag. The link in your email also shows the option.
What vehicles do you use?
Black Chevrolet Tahoes and Suburbans, plus a few other luxury models from our fleet in Florida. All cleaned and checked before every ride.
Can I change my trip after booking?
Reach out through the customer service button on your trip page. We adjust pickup times or destinations as long as the driver hasn’t started rolling.
