How does the quote and booking process work?
You request a free quote through our site. We review your trip details and send you a personalized link by email. Click it to pay and confirm your booking. No calls, no back and forth.
Can I cancel or change my trip after booking?
Yes. You can cancel your trip directly through your account dashboard under trip status — no need to call us. Flexible changes are built into the system.
What vehicles are available in the fleet?
Our fleet stays clean and consistent: black Chevrolet Tahoes and Suburbans. For larger groups, we offer additional models. All vehicles are maintained to the same standard.
How do I track my ride in real time?
Once your trip is confirmed and your driver is en route, you can track the vehicle live from your phone. You’ll see the exact location and estimated arrival time.
Do you serve areas outside Florida?
We primarily operate throughout Florida. If your trip takes you beyond the state line, let us know — we’ll check availability and quote accordingly.
What if I need help during my trip?
